1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Of Course Sanctuary website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Identity

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the "Of Course Sanctuary" name, logo, wordmark, taglines, trade dress, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, and all other visual or brand elements (collectively, "Brand Assets") — are the exclusive intellectual property of Of Course Sanctuary and its founders, or are used under license. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any Brand Assets without the express prior written consent of Of Course Sanctuary. Unauthorized use of our Brand Assets — including but not limited to use on social media, merchandise, marketing materials, or competing services — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and/or unfair competition under applicable law.

3. Photography & Imagery

All photographs and images appearing on this Site are either owned by Of Course Sanctuary, licensed for use on this Site, or credited to their respective owners. These images may not be downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial or personal purpose without explicit written permission from Of Course Sanctuary. If you appear in any photography taken at an Of Course Sanctuary event or retreat and wish to request removal of your likeness, please contact us at hello@ofcoursesanctuary.com.

4. Video Content

All video content hosted on or linked from this Site is proprietary to Of Course Sanctuary or licensed exclusively for use on this Site. You may not screen-record, download, reproduce, or redistribute any video content without express written authorization. Unauthorized distribution of video content — including sharing on social media platforms without prior approval — is a violation of these Terms and may constitute copyright infringement.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content with us (including testimonials, event photos, or feedback), you grant Of Course Sanctuary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our programs and marketing, without compensation to you. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Site or any Brand Assets in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair Of Course Sanctuary's reputation or brand; (b) misrepresent any affiliation with Of Course Sanctuary; (c) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (d) scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site without authorization; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

7. Trademark Notice

"Of Course Sanctuary," the Of Course logo, and related marks are trademarks or common law marks of Of Course Sanctuary. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this Site without the written permission of Of Course Sanctuary or such third party that may own the marks displayed on this Site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Of Course Sanctuary makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Of Course Sanctuary and its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Event Cancellation Policy

Your retreat reservation is both a commitment to yourself and to the space we've intentionally created for you. Because retreat costs are paid in advance, all registrations are non-refundable. However, we offer the following options:

• ·More than 30 days before the retreat: You may transfer your spot to another participant of your choosing at no additional cost.
• ·All bookings are final: No refunds or credits are available. You may still transfer your spot to another participant.

13. Participation + Liability Waiver

By registering for any Of Course Sanctuary event or retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• ·1. Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in this retreat and understand that the experience may include physical, emotional, or mental activities such as light movement, meditation, group discussion, outdoor walking, or similar activities.
• ·2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that all activities are optional and that I am responsible for communicating my boundaries and caring for myself. I assume all risks associated with participation.
• ·3. Health & Medical Responsibility: I certify that I am physically and emotionally able to participate and that I will inform facilitators of any allergies, injuries, or conditions that may impact my experience. I understand the retreat does not provide medical care.
• ·4. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless the retreat organizers, facilitators, venue, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
• ·5. Personal Belongings: I understand that I am responsible for my personal items throughout the retreat.
• ·6. Photography & Media Consent: I grant (or decline) permission for photos/video in which I may appear to be used for future retreat or marketing materials. Opting out will be fully honored.

14. Sanctuary Community Guidelines

All participants are asked to uphold the following guidelines to maintain the integrity of the retreat space:

• ·1. Confidentiality: What is shared within the retreat stays within the retreat. This is a brave, private space.
• ·2. Respect for Self: Honor your body, your energy, your boundaries, and your needs. Rest is welcome. Opting out is always okay.
• ·3. Respect for Others: Listen with presence. Share without dominating. Allow others their experience without advice-giving unless invited.
• ·4. Non-Judgment: This is a space of acceptance. Come as you are. Allow others the same.
• ·5. No Disruptive Behavior: To maintain the integrity of the retreat, harmful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
• ·6. Presence: Phones and devices should be used sparingly to help you stay connected to the experience and the community.
• ·7. Participation: Engage at your own pace. Your presence — not perfection — is what matters.
